Mohammad Shaheen Alam is a Researcher at Research & Integrated Thought (RIT) and completed his studies in Public Administration at Comilla University, Bangladesh. His research interests include climate change, environmental sustainability, public health, local governance, and broader social science issues. He has contributed to peer-reviewed research on climate-induced health challenges in coastal Bangladesh, salinity intrusion and women’s reproductive health, the livelihoods and socio-economic vulnerabilities of coastal fishing communities, and public participation in local government. He has also served as a peer reviewer for the international journal Environmental Challenges. At RIT, he contributes to interdisciplinary research, academic publication, and policy-oriented initiatives addressing pressing environmental, public health, and governance challenges.
