RIT was founded on the principle that inclusive development requires collaboration across disciplines, sectors, and communities. We work to bridge the divide between academic inquiry and everyday realities, engaging with stakeholders at all levels to co-create solutions that are sustainable, equitable, and impactful.

 

I am proud of the dedicated team of scholars, practitioners, and young professionals who drive our vision forward. Their commitment to ethical research, social justice, and innovation continues to inspire me and many others.
